  fat. SLICED CHICKEN SANDWICH-3 oz chicken breast, 3 tb dressing (made
  from low-fat or nonfat yogurt with added spices) 2 tb alfalfa
  sprouts, romaine lettuce, 2 sl whole wheat bread: 315 cal, 5 gr fat,
